Campbeltown Malts

Campbeltown Region: Rich, full-bodied, with a good coastal feel and occasionally on par with Islay for peatiness. Campbeltown is situated on the most southern area of the west coast known as the Kintyre Peninsula. This region once contained up to 34 distilleries. Today there are only three working distilleries. They are Glen Scotia, Springbank and the more recently opened Glengyle.
