Tasting Notes:

Nose: Cooked pear/apple, peach, quince, light vanilla pod. Some spice. Slight oilskin note. Fresh.

Palate: Distinct salt spray tingle, lightly nutty. Fresh, chalky but with depth. Very rich central weight, Liqueur Tokay. plump pulp fruits.

Finish: Tingling, dare I say salty freshness, then spice and the fruit comes back.
