Ben Wyvis bottlings are some of the most rare and sought after in world. There have only been a few fillings since it’s decommissioning. Signatory were one of the first to release an expression, a 31 year old in 2000, which caused a sensation in the industry. The last was in 2002 when an official bottling of a 37 year old distilled in 1965 was released. Another distillery called Ben Wyvis, also known as Ferintosh operated in Dingwall from 1879 to 1926.
