Nose: Summer fruits, violets, cloves, peach melba. Really fresh, icing sugar and custard. Like walking into a patisserie. With water the nose is like falling snow. Broom bushes, Limes, kiwis, bubblegum, pears and apple juice.

Taste: Sherbet, icing sugar. Gives a nice warming feeling due to a touch of spice. Custard creams and warm sponge cake. With water the taste changes to whin bushes with a delicate touch of ash. Oranges, bananas pears a touch of chilli and freshly cut grass.
