Arran Sherry 1996 - Premium Cask Selection is Arran's oldest and rarest whisky bottled as Single Casks, each bottle is individually numbered by to 264 (exclusive to the UK). This single malt is non chill-filtered and has no artificial colouring. Bottled from cask 1996: 1973 a first-fill sherry hogshead.

Tasting Notes -

Colour - Bronze Sunset
Aroma - Chocolate cake with vanilla sauce. The addition of water draws out spicy malt with stewed fruits and mocha murmuring in the background.
Palate - A full-on sherry explosion with dates and ripe figs backed up by cinnomon and a hint of orange citrus.
Finish - Soft and persistent; toasted bananas and dark chocolate linger on and on...
