Nose: Earthy aromas, outdoor gorse bushes (coconut). Mashed banana. Dry malty note.

Palate: Spicy notes - aniseed interlaced with smooth vanilla sweetness. Slightly dry with some saltiness. Softer ftuits - peaches pears.

Finish: Spicy followed by sweetness and a salty edge.
